Following Drycha’s failed attempt on Belegar Ironhammer’s life, it is of little surprise that the original claim by Ungrim Ironfist that the grudge between Asrai and Dawi no longer held water. High King Thorgrim Grudgebearer has called for an grudging of the highest order, one that can only be sated by the burning down of every inhabitant, plant and tree in Athel Loren.

All around the world Dwarf lords now set off from their homes, leaving their advisors and security retinues behind to maintain their homeland while the lords march to join the High King’s army; one unified Dwarven force like which had not been seen in centuries.

Among the travelling lords is Thorek Ironbrow, Master Runelord of Karak Azul and keen loyalist to the Throne of Karaz-a-Karak, who is travelling North wielding his anvil-headed rune hammer Klan Brakak alongside a few hundred Dwarfs to fight for his king in the war against the knife-ears.

However, Thorek’s travels did not go unseen as Naestra and Arahan, the Twin Sisters of Twilight and Champions of Athel Loren. Their origins are unclear, some believe they are twin incarnations of Ariel’s spirit, one dark and filled with rage in the form of Arahan and the other kind and forthcoming in the form of Naestra. However, rather than being spirits of their Queen, some believe the sisters are the actual daughters of Ariel and Orion and therefore Princesses of Athel Loren by blood-right.

The sisters watched from the shadows as Thorek marched. Finally, the Dwarfs stopped marching as Thorek needed to go pee in a bush. Seeking the opportunity, the sisters prepared for battle. Thorek’s rune armour is too tough for them to simply snipe him from range but they hope their arrows can weaken him as they run in to kill him in melee.

But do you agree with their reasoning? Can these twin sisters kill the Lord of Karak Azul before the war even begins?

Love React – The Sisters fire several arrows into his chest as they approach, one of which even brushing right past his right lung causing internal bleeding, before the the twins take him down together in melee, making sure they stab him enough times to kill him while doing so quickly enough that they have time to flee back into the shadows before his troops can come to his rescue.

Wow React – The Elves weakened the Dwarf as they charged but it was not enough to take him down alone. As they entered melee they stabbed him repeatedly. However, this was not enough to take down the Dwarf as he swung at Naestra and killed her with a single blow to her head. Furious, Arahan pulled out three arrows and instantly loosed them from her bow, 1 arrow piercing each of his eyes and the other piercing the Dwarf’s forehead and tearing through his brain. Hearing the Dwarf’s troops coming, Arahan fled the field leaving her sister’s body behind.

Laugh React – The Elves fought fiercely until they saw Thorek’s troops coming and decided to run. However, as the Elves ran away Naestra suddenly heard a loud bang. She turned around to see that Arahan had been shot in the back of the head by a Thunderer in Thorek’s retinue. Naestra fled before she too met the bullet.

Sad React – Thorek evaded the initial charge and held his own long enough for his soldiers to hear what was going on. As the sisters saw a hundred angry midgets running towards them, they decided to run away as fast as their long Elven legs could take them.

Angry React – Thorek resisted the sisters’ arrows, even shrugging some off entirely as he readied his hammer. As Arahan neared him, he swung his hammer and instantly knocked her from her feet. Then he turned to Naestra and smashed her shins with his hammer before she could even dodge his blows. He grabbed her vest, tearing some fabric as he flung her onto her sister who was lying on the ground in pain. Finally, he lined the two elves up and with one massive blow, smashed both their faces in.
