Greasus Goldtooth, Ogre Overtyrant, chucked in delight as he motioned for the tiny gnoblar slave standing before his own massive form to continue his story. Truly, these gnoblar will make up the most fanciful of stories in hopes of not ending as Greasus’ next dinner. This gnoblar alone claimed to be a former slave at the Black Fortress, home to the Chaos Dwarf lord Drazhoath the Ashen, where he had served diligently for many years. However, this all changed when a dead elf came back to life channelling dark magics and beat up Drazhoath. What a hoot! As if the Ashen lord would fall to a random elf, and what would an elf be doing this far away from Ulthuan any way? Fantastic storytelling for a gnoblar but alas, not enough. Greasus was getting a bit peckish so he ordered his guards to haul the gnoblar away to be “blessed” for his supper.

It was at this moment that Braugh the Slavelord walked in to set up for the Overtyrant’s next course of entertainment, hauling a makeshift stage in on which he planned to force a recently abducted Greenskin with strangely feminine features, dangling metal clamps attached to its ample bosoms and a tattered straw skirt to perform for his lord’s pleasures as some kind of ‘cheer-leadda’. Braugh overheard Greasus joking about the last gnoblar’s tales when Braugh suddenly spoke up to inform him that he had indeed found the gnoblar slave fleeing from the Black Fortress and that nobody had seen Drazhoath in public in weeks.

Greasus jelled in astonishment at his fellow ogres. How could he not have been made aware of these predicaments? Without the Black Fortress being fully operational to ward off invasions, the Dawi Zharr would be heavily disadvantaged. “Oy den, time for da hant!”

Meanwhile over in Zharr Naggrund, ‘debate’ raged on between the Zharr lords as the Great Sorcerers nominated warriors to lead the armies against the Ogres, using all the facts and logic they had at their fingertips while the lords themselves just beat each other mercilessly. Eventually, Zhatan the Black, Commander of the Tower of Zharr and nominee of the Sorcerer-Prophet Ghorth the Cruel, was chosen to hunt down the invading Ogre raiding parties.

Despite being chosen due to his cruelty and strength, Zhatan was well known for his intelligence, waiting for Ogre parties to split up into smaller raiding groups so he could pick off comparatively small targets at a time. However, as Zhatan proceeded to attack a small splinter group of ogres he instead found himself facing off against Bragg the Gutsman, Champion of the Ogre Kingdoms and self-proclaimed executioner, who wields a massive poleaxe known as the Great Gutgouger which Bragg crafted himself from a magical weapon formerly wielded by a Black Orc Warlord.

How will this fight go down?

Love React – Bragg charged at Zhatan with such force that he was knocked to the ground and dropped his weapons. From there, Bragg coiled the chain of his poleaxe around Zhatan’s neck and proceded to pull back as much as he could until the axe portion of the weapon was finally pulled through the dwarf’s neck and removed his head clean from his body.

Sad React – Bragg pummels Zhatan but is attacked by a nearby lammasu before he could finish the job. Bragg ordered a nearby unit of Leadbelcher cannons to shoot the lammasu down but alas, Zhatan had already escaped.

Laugh React – Bragg charges at the dwarf with his swinging poleaxe only to lose his footing while swinging. This caused Bragg to fall on the Chaos Dwarf whose axe was already raised. As such, Zhatan’s axe pierced Bragg’s skull while simultaneously, Zhatan was crushed to death by Bragg’s immense corpse.

Wow React – Zhatan summoned his Lammasu and together the two of them tore the Ogre executioner to shreds.

Angry React – Zhatan avoided or used his shield to block Bragg’s swings long enough to get close at which point he kicked the ogre in the groin area and hit him in the chest with his hammer. Bragg decided being hit in the balls wasn’t the best usage of his time today so decided to go and pick on someone else.
